rest. God broke our hearts to prove that He only takes what is best.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, grandson, nephew, brother, uncle, friend, and colleague, Mr. Sheldon Winston Hudson, aka The Rock. ”
He was predeceased by his grandmother, Ms. Martha Revenia Harvey. Grandfather is Mr. Idelphonso Jones, aunts are Daisy Jones and Syria Hoare, and uncles are Charles and Edward Jones. and his close friends Carlos Dionisio Amaya and Juan Cabranes.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Iris Hudson; Her mother is Sonia Jones from the United States. his father, Mr. Bernard Winston Hudson and his wife, Mrs. Shirley Joanne Hudson; and his grandmother, Idrie Williams of Brooklyn, New York, USA. sons: Sheldon Jr., Harvey, Sylvin, Alan, Sheldris and Richelle Hudson; daughters: Revenia Hudson and Shelagh Hudson, and granddaughter, Amari Polonio.
One of her sisters is Stacey Thomas from America. Brothers: Mr. Ben Hudson of Grand Cayman, Mr. Paul Hudson of Kazakhstan, Mr. Peter Hudson and Mr. Desmond Flowers of the United States.
Aunts: Annamae Jones (his beloved aunt), Ada Palma, and Brenda Kidd of Belize. Veronica Mosiah, Norah Jones, Shari Williams, Adelaide (Mera) Charlie, Esta Watson, and Evadney Robinson, all from the United States. Uncles: Mr. Benjamin Jones and Mr. Michael Hudson.
special cousins: Ms. Deidre Casanova, Ms. Damaris Jones, Mr. Barney Jones, Mr. Barry Jones; special sister Dornesia Casanova; mother-in-law Paula Chable, close friends Felipe Beherano and Jimmy Fuen of Texas, USA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and dear friends.
The wake will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023
A Thanksgiving and Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the family property “Paradise Destiny” located at Philip Goldson Highway Mile 81, Carolina Village, Corozal District. A meal is eaten immediately after burial.
