The National Directorate of Migration (DNM), an agency dependent on the Ministry of the Interior, carried out the expulsion from the country of three people of Colombian nationality who were detained after entering and robbing an apartment in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Caballito, at the end of January.
The criminals were sentenced to three years of suspended prison for the crime of aggravated robbery for having been committed in a town and in a gang, with burglary and burglary, as detailed in the ruling of the Oral Criminal and Correctional Court No. 10 of the Capital Federal.
Likewise, the DNM ordered a permanent ban on entry into Argentina for the convicted persons, who were transferred by the Immigration Affairs Division of the Argentine Federal Police to the Jorge Newbery International Airport in order to carry out their expulsion from the national territory.
