As The New Year Began, Everything Took On A New Look. According to the National Immigration Administration (NIA), On The New Year’s Day (January 1) in 2025, The Border Inspection Authorities in China facilitated to total of 1,803 million success and entries made by Chinese and Foreign Nationals, Marking an increase of 13.7% Compared with the Same Day Last Year. Specifically, A Total of 869,000 INBOUND AND OUTBOUND TRIPS WERE MADE by The Residents of The Chinese Mainland, UP by 11.1% Year-on-Iar; 749,000 Trips Were Made by the Residents of Hong Kong Sar, Macao Sar and the Taiwan Region, Indicating at 12.8% Year-on-Year Increase; and 185,000 Trips Were Made By Foreign Nationals, Marking A Significant Rise of 33.6% Year-on-Year. Additionionally, The Border Inspection Authorities Inspect 67,000 Exits and Entries Made of Transportation Vehicles (Plans, Trains, Ships, and Motor Vehicles), A Number Up By 14.7% Compared with the new Year’s Day in 2024.
