Rio de Janeiro/RJ – On this sixth day, 17/1, the Federal Police arrested an outlaw for the practice of the crime of qualified homicide, committed in the year 1998. This occurred at the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro, during inspections of rotina.
This year, therefore, the preventive detention order, issued by the Court of Justice of the State of Espírito Santo.
After the formalities of practice, the prisoner was sent to the state prison system, where he will remain at the disposal of Justice. He will respond to the practice of the crime of qualified homicide, whose penalty can be up to 30 years in prison.
