With the aim of strengthening border security and reinforcing the immigration control process, the National Directorate of Migration (DNM), an agency dependent on the Ministry of the Interior, participated in the first day of technical training aimed at immigration inspectors who serve in the Ezeiza International Airport.
The instruction was carried out by agents of the Airport Security Police (PSA) in coordination with the personnel of the Ministry of Security, who provided tools on the identification and control of risk passengers, the falsification or adulteration of travel documents and other complex crimes.
The National Director of Migration, Sebastián Seoane, was present at the event; the General Director of the Migratory Movement, Juan Capella; the National Director of Training and Training of the Police and Security Forces personnel of the Ministry of Security, José Luis Parisi; the National Deputy Director of the PSA, Miguel Ángel Martino; and the rector of the Higher Institute of said force, Pablo Lázaro.
The next training activities, carried out by the PSA, will be aimed at immigration personnel from Rosario, Córdoba and Mendoza, while the Argentine National Gendarmerie will train inspectors from Tucumán, Salta, Jujuy, Posadas and Iguazú.
